Bryan Mistele, President and CEO
Bryan Mistele is the co-founder, President & Chief Executive Officer of INRIX. Bryan started INRIX in 2004, having had more than 15 years experience building high-technology businesses and transforming industries through the power of information technology Prior to INRIX, Mistele was an executive at Microsoft, responsible for successfully building and managing four businesses within the company including global responsibility for Automotive Telematics and Mobile Services; as well as HomeAdvisor Technologies, Inc. and Microsoft Investor/MSN MoneyCentral. He was most recently the General Manager of Microsoft's Automotive Group. In this role, Mistele was responsible for driving the overall market success of Microsoft's Automotive products worldwide, including T-Box - Microsoft's wireless telematics device (known in the market as Ford Sync and Fiat Blue & Me) and Voice Command - a revolutionary speech recognition product for the Pocket PC. Prior to Microsoft, Mistele worked at the Ford Motor Company. As a leader on technology and transportation issues, Bryan serves as a member of the Bipartisan Policy Center's National Transportation Policy Project, and as a member of the United States Department of Transportation's ITS Advisory Committee. In addition, Bryan serves on the board of the Discovery/Cascadia Institute, a leading think-tank on transportation issues in the Northwest and on the regional executive committee of Gen Next, a network of accomplished entrepreneurial leaders committed to taking on global challenges. Bryan holds a B.S. in computer engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. |

Craig Chapman, CTO
Craig Chapman is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of INRIX. Chapman is an accomplished development engineer and architect with 30 years experience developing advanced software systems and managing teams of software and hardware engineers. Prior to INRIX, Chapman was an executive at Microsoft serving as the Development Manager for the Automotive Business Unit. As Development Manager, he was responsible for Microsoft's automotive client development team including software development, hardware development, and customer engineering. Chapman was also responsible for managing the technical relationships with semiconductor partners. Prior to that position, Chapman was the Systems Development Lead for the Automotive Business Unit where he was responsible for all Operating System and platform components of the Auto PC, including hardware abstraction layers, drivers, Windows CE extensions, and various other system components. Before joining the Automotive Business Unit, Chapman was the Technical Lead in the Consumer Productivity Business Unit. While in this position, he lead the design and development of a Multimedia HTML authoring component that shipped with Microsoft Home Publisher. Prior to becoming the Technical Lead, Chapman was the Group Program Manager, where he managed a program management team and provided high-level architectural design for a consumer desktop and multimedia publishing products. Chapman has also served as a Principal Consultant with Microsoft Consulting Services, where he acted as lead architect and managed development of state-of-the-art information systems in a number of industries. He worked with senior management and senior technical staff to provide guidance in the areas of software architecture, software development, the development framework, and corporate-wide organizational requirements necessary to deliver and support distributed applications. He has also taught classes and seminars on Microsoft technology, tools, development strategies and the Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF). Prior to joining Microsoft, Chapman was a Director of Software Development at Span Instruments, a Principal Engineer at AST Computers, an Adjunct Instructor at Orange Coast Community College, a Principal Engineer for Basic Four Information Systems and a Senior Systems Analyst for Burroughs Corporation. He holds a B.A. in mathematics from Occidental College and has taken additional computer systems coursework at the California Institute of Technology. He serves on the Board of Directors with Families Northwest. |

Mark Daymond, VP of Engineering
Mark Daymond is responsible for product design and engineering at INRIX. He has over 21 years of experience designing and delivering complex software systems as well as managing multi-discipline, multi regional/cultural projects. Prior to INRIX, Daymond was an executive at Microsoft for 15 years serving in a number of senior positions most recently as Group Program Manager for the Media Center TV team. In this position, he was responsible for all aspects of the design and delivery of the Media Center TV product which included managing a multi-national team. Previously, Daymond was the Group Program Manager for the Automotive Business Unit where he oversaw the Windows Mobile based Automotive Operating System product range, the Voice Command product, the FIAT "Blue & Me" voice-activated in car communications system and other instances of this telematics technology. After successful delivery of these products Daymond became Director of Platform Development responsible for the successful delivery and review of the ABU three year worldwide product roadmap strategy. Prior to the Automotive group, Daymond was GPM in the Languages division for a number of releases of Visual C++, Visual C# and Visual studio, where he was responsible for all aspects of product and language design. He also previously served as principal consultant for Microsoft Consulting Services in the UK offering architectural and system level design. He was then selected to be one of the two founding consultants to build the first MCS office in Hong Kong, where he continued to serve as Principal Consultant. Before Microsoft, Daymond was a co-founder of Threadz, a UK software company, responsible for a Windows 2.0 debugging product as well as Threadz Organizer, a product later acquired by Lotus. Daymond's previous experience includes the Operational Research Special Project Unit at British Airways, where OR techniques were applied to multi-purpose computing devices, including the original IBM PC. |

Alex Meyer, VP of Operations
Alex Meyer is responsible for all production operations, customer and partner support, and internal IT at INRIX. Meyer has over 19 years experience establishing and managing technology and customer support organizations. Most recently, Meyer built and managed a new consulting division within Covestic, a regional technology consulting firm. Meyer led a staff of 35 consultants responsible for providing Fortune 500 clients with high-end project leadership and program office consulting for their large, high risk and complex technology projects. Before Covestic, Meyer was VP, Network Operations and Customer Care at Terabeam, a company focused on building out nationwide metro area networks leveraging proprietary wireless technology. Meyer began his tenure with Terabeam as VP, IT Data Center Operations and Business Applications, where his teams installed and managed a state-of-the-art, high availability data center and NOC, CRM/SFA and Billing systems, and new IT infrastructure and management processes. Previously, Meyer was a VP at AT&T Wireless where he managed all aspects of numerous functions encompassing acquisition integration, retail sales and supply chain systems, fraud and revenue assurance systems, and network usage delivery systems. In the late 90's, as AT&T Wireless was growing through acquisitions of US wireless carriers, he built an acquisition integration team and program management methodology for IT that quickly became the model for how the entire company would organize the efficient and effective integration of acquired cellular companies. Meyer held various roles with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) for nine years early in is his career as product manager, project and team manager, and software developer. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University and a B.A. in Math-Physics from Whitman College. |

Kush Parikh, SVP of Business Development & Sales
Kush Parikh is globally responsible for business development and sales where he focuses on revenue generation and content acquisition across INRIX's key markets including automotive, mobile, public sector, and enterprise fleet. Parikh has over 15 years of experience in the high tech sector, primarily in mobile applications, wireless, and embedded devices. His functional expertise varies from sales and product marketing to full profit and loss responsibility in emerging markets. Prior to INRIX, Parikh most recently ran strategic marketing in Texas Instruments mobile connectivity group. In this role, he helped build various businesses including WLAN, Bluetooth, GPS, and Mobile TV. Key partners and customers included Microsoft, AT&T, Sprint, Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Motorola and Samsung. Previously at TI, Parikh served as a consultant to multiple emerging businesses including portable medical devices, mobile data terminals, and multi-core semiconductor devices. He also worked as a principal, where he evaluated the viability of start-up companies for both investment and partnership. Earlier in his career, Parikh was a product marketing and applications engineer for the hard disk drive market at IBM Microelectronics. Parikh holds a MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a B.S. in electrical engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. |

Hans-Hendrik Puvogel, General Manager, INRIX Europe GmbH
Dr. Hans-Hendrik Puvogel is the Managing Director of INRIX Europe GmbH. Prior to joining INRIX in 2008, Hans was the CEO of Jentro Technologies (Munich). He turned Jentro from a small phone application development company into an international platform provider for Location Based Services by winning major accounts such as ADAC, Motorola, Magellan, Mitac and Carphone Warehouse. Hans-Hendrik established innovative business models in the industry, such as the first purely advertising-based navigation system (“Ö-Navi”). Under his leadership, Jentro became one of the leading location based content distribution platforms in the mobile phone space, by integrating key players in local search, traffic information, weather, parking, events, m-commerce, etc. Prior to Jentro, Hans-Hendrik was a managing partner in a boutique consulting firm, specializing on mobile telecommunications and navigation (PND and in-car). From 1999-2002, he had been the Founder-CEO of optimad.com, a London based start-up offering a media transaction platform for TV stations and Out-of-Home advertising, which has been managing e.g. more than 80% of UK TV bookings and is now part of IMDB Group. Prior to optimad, Hans-Hendrik ran Electronic Media for Handelsblatt Group, where he launched the first commercial online content syndication as well as the first mobile content services (wap) in Germany. He had joined Handelsblatt Group coming from Bertelsmann AG, where he was a senior project manager in Corporate Development, responsible for projects in online, TV and e-commerce. Hans-Hendrik holds a doctorate in Economics from the University of Tübingen as well as degrees from the University of Tübingen, Universidad de Salamanca and Sciences Po Paris (IEP de Paris). He speaks five European languages and has worked in the UK, France, Italy and Germany. |

Rick Schuman, VP of Public Sector
Rick Schuman is responsible for public sector business development and sales at INRIX. He brings to INRIX unique and extensive experience with ITS data collection and advanced traveler information systems, including direct involvement in dozens of initiatives involving 511 service definition and delivery. As Vice President, Division Manager, Transportation Network Information Services at PBS&J, Schuman managed numerous consulting projects in the areas of traveler information and ITS data collection planning and implementation for the U.S. Department of Transportation, ITS America, the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), and state DOTs and local agencies. At PBS&J, Schuman was responsible for creating the nation's first consulting practice focused specifically on travel information, real-time transportation data collection and analysis. Key assignments during his tenure included serving as the Deputy Program Manager for the iFlorida ITS Model Deployment, a major federal project implemented by Florida DOT, during its design phase and as a senior advisor in its deployment phase. Schuman also served as the Principal-in-Charge for North Carolina's and Virginia's 511 services, and was key in forming and has served as a senior advisor to the national 511 Deployment Coalition. Prior to joining PBS&J in 1999, Schuman served in senior roles at ITS America since its inception in 1991. At ITSA, Rick led efforts to facilitate public/private partnerships to deploy advanced traveler information systems (ATIS) services in metropolitan areas, served as program manager of a project to develop a framework for developing regional ATIS business models, and initiated efforts to establish data quality guidelines for ATIS. Schuman is the co-author of a recently published book, Advanced Traveler Information Systems, and holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and a M.S. in Systems Engineering from George Mason University. |

Bill Schwebel, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Planning
Bill leads INRIX's global marketing and product planning initiatives targeted toward the company's mobile, public sector and automotive customers. In addition, Bill's 20+ years of telecommunications, media, internet and software experience helps INRIX drive demand for its industry leading traffic and navigation services by mobile navigation app developers, mobile operators and device manufacturers worldwide. Prior to INRIX, Schwebel was senior vice president & general manager of AOL's mobile group and president of Tegic Communications, Inc., the makers of T9 predictive text input software that has shipped over 3 billion mobile phones in more than 65 languages. During his tenure, Schwebel successfully built Tegic into one of the Top 5 mobile software providers before selling the company to Nuance Communications, Inc. While leading AOL's mobile group, Mr. Schwebel developed, launched, and grew the first large-scale mobile internet offering to over 10 million consumers, worldwide. At its peak, AOL Mobile accounted for more than 20 percent of all mobile messages sent or received in North America. Previously, Bill pioneered intelligent network, wireless broadband, and advanced mobile offerings in the telecommunications, media, and energy industries at a variety of companies including U S WEST, Time Warner, and Uptown Services. Bill graduated with honors for the University of Saint Thomas with a BA in Quantitative Methods and Computer Science with an emphasis in Telecommunications. |

Scott Sedlik, VP of Marketing
Scott Sedlik is responsible for overall marketing, brand management and public relations at INRIX. He has 20 years of experience in strategic marketing, product management, brand development and go-to-market strategies. He has a successful track record of building leadership positions with public and startup companies in emerging markets from early-stage to international presence. Sedlik's domain expertise includes mobile and embedded devices, telematics, wireless, enterprise software, Internet services, and e-commerce. Sedlik was most recently Vice President of Marketing at BSQUARE, the leading solutions provider for the smartphone and embedded device markets, where he was responsible for product management, marketing strategy, strategic planning and partnerships. He served as Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Sageport, an Internet services company acquired by BSQUARE in 2001. Sedlik also held Vice President of Marketing roles at InfoMove, USWeb/CKS, and at iCat Corporation, an e-commerce pioneer, where he led a large team during the rapid growth of the company and its acquisition by Intel. Early in his career, Sedlik directed marketing and business development at Corbis Corporation and led OEM sales and product management at Reference Software International (acquired by WordPerfect). Sedlik holds a MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.S. from San Francisco State University. |

Tom Sexton, VP of Sales
Tom Sexton is responsible for key sales channels at INRIX. He has over 20 years of sales and sales management experience, including five years leading traffic data sales for Westwood One. At Westwood, Sexton built and managed a group of sales professionals that was responsible for generating the first revenues for the traffic data division, SmartRoute Systems, and opened up new distribution channels for Westwood content including web, wireless, in-vehicle and digital radio. He was heavily involved in product development and industry relations. Sexton has worked for media companies his entire career, serving in senior sales management roles. He joined Yahoo's e-commerce sales team at its inception, having spent two years at the New York Times Group Digital launching regional sales programs and products. For eight years he managed regional press organizations and has a B.A. in journalism from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Sexton is a member of the New England Press Association and the Intelligent Transportation Society of America. |

Ted Trepanier, Executive Director of Public Sector
As a nationally recognized leader in traffic operations, Ted Trepanier joins INRIX as Executive Director focused on helping transportation agencies use INRIX traffic services to accelerate efforts to reduce congestion, optimize system efficiency and improve strategic assessment. Previously, he was the Director of Traffic Operations for the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT). During his 26-year career in traffic and transportation engineering with WSDOT, he held a variety of responsibilities including design, planning and project management as well as traffic and toll operations. Trepanier’s contributions extended nationally and internationally related to both traffic operations and highway safety. Most recently, he served as a member of the executive leadership team for WSDOT’s Highway Safety Issues Group which was honored for its efforts by the Roadway Safety Foundation (RSF) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). He also has served on the AASHTO Standing Committee on Highway Traffic Safety, Subcommittee on Systems Operation and Management, and the Subcommittee on Traffic Engineering. He has spoken at transportation and traffic safety conferences across the country and abroad. His most interesting trip took him to Africa where he served as a technical advisor to the University of Malawi helping shape the creation of a new graduate degree program in traffic operations. Trepanier has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Washington State University and a Masters in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington. |
