The acquisition adds $27 million in revenue and 155 employees to INRIX, and extends INRIX’s reach to more than 200 leading customers in 30 countries around the world. With this acquisition, more than 150 million drivers will rely on INRX traffic information to help them save time, money and use less fuel every day.
