KIRKLAND, Wash. – March 5, 2007 –INRIX, the leading provider of traffic information nationwide, today announced it engaged J.D. Power and Associates, the leading marketing information services firm, to complete a proprietary market study. The independent study analyzes the quality and market coverage of real-time traffic information in the U.S. through ground-truth testing in various markets.
INRIX President and CEO Bryan Mistele said, “We selected J.D. Power and Associates to conduct this real-time traffic study as a result of prospective customers from the automotive OEM, mobile navigation, and other markets requesting that we work with an internationally recognized firm that could provide independent, credible and clear feedback.”
Results from the proprietary study are expected to be available from INRIX later this month.
